Paul lets the church members of Colossae know that he is praying for them by saying 'When we pray for you, we always thank our Heavenly Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.' He did not know them, but Paul had heard about their lives and faiths through Epaphras and had prayed constantly for the members of the Colossians. It is hard to pray for people we have relationships with, but it is even harder to pray for those we do not know. But we must pray like Paul. The best serving and love can be done through prayer. I hope that we will find people to pray for and become a person of faith who can love and serve in prayer.
Passage to read: Colossians 1:1-14
1.Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus by the will of God, and Timothy our brother,
2.To God’s holy people in Colossae, the faithful brothers and sisters in Christ: Grace and peace to you from God our Father.

1. Did you think about Jesus when you woke up this morning?
2.What is God’s message to me?
