The bible sometimes tells us to do things that are hard to obey. 'Wives, submit yourselves to your husbands', 'Husbands, love your wives', ' Children, obey your parents in everything', 'fathers, do not embitter your children', and 'slaves, obey your earthy masters in everything'. Although this may seem simple, it is not something we can do every time. However, the life of Christians should always do everything with sincerity whatever the circumstance is. Just like we do to our Lord.
Colossians 3: 18-4:1
23 Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters,
24 since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.
25 Anyone who does wrong will be repaid for their wrongs, and there is no favoritism.
Questions to think about:
1. Did I think about Jesus when I woke up this morning?
2. What is God telling me?
3. What do I need to be obedient with?
Write down your thankful prayer.
