When we pray and plead to God, He will answer our prayers like he answered the poet who wrote today’s passage.
Prayer should be the biggest change in life for a Christian.
Praying and pleading should be like breathing, and should be our joy.
Through prayer we need to try to become even closer to God, and through pleading we will experience God working in our lives.
I plead that we will not put pleading first, but rather praying for a closer relationship with God.
Prayer is how close our relationship is with God. I hope that we can remember that pleading is what we want, but not what God wants, so it can be wrong.

1 I love the Lord, for he heard my voice; he heard my cry for mercy.
