God's recovery on the day of judgement and the mourning that will happen on that day are described in three ways.
The first is the tears of repentance toward God that seek grace and forgiveness.
The second is the tears of mourning due to deep despair that the world's hope was gone.
The last one is the tears of mourning for the unfortunate souls who are dying without being saved.
What kind of tears do you shed?
The day when the things we believed in the world will collapse and disappear will surely come. The tears we need to shed are not tears because of the disappearing things of the world but tears of longing and repentance towards God and of one dying soul.
Zechariah 12:1-24
10 And I will pour out on the house of David and the inhabitants of Jerusalem a spirit of grace and supplication. They will look on me, the one they have pierced, and they will mourn for him as one mourns for an only child, and grieve bitterly for him as one grieves for a firstborn son.
11 On that day the weeping in Jerusalem will be as great as the weeping of Hadad Rimmon in the plain of Megiddo.
12 The land will mourn, each clan by itself, with their wives by themselves: the clan of the house of David and their wives, the clan of the house of Nathan and their wives,”
