          • Principles for Overcoming Wounds

Generally, people live with their own wounds, which are emotions resulting from struggling to cope with difficult and burdensome situations. These unique wounds persistently influence a person's life. Surprisingly, even when facing similarly challenging situations, some individuals do not experience the same wounds. This is because each person has a different inner resilience to digest their own circumstances. Some may be heavily wounded in similar situations, while others may easily overcome them. Therefore, inner wounds are more influenced by one's inner resilience than the difficulty of the external environment. I have contemplated how to enhance inner resilience for overcoming inner wounds.
Firstly, it is important to take responsibility for one's wounds. When trying to overcome wounds, considering not only the external factors or people responsible for the wounds but also how one personally dealt with the situation is crucial. For example, instead of attributing the wounds solely to someone's hurtful words or actions, it is essential to realize one's inability to handle the situation at that time. Reflecting on how one lacked the skills to cope with the situation is key. If someone says that another person caused them harm, their own responsibility diminishes. On the other hand, attributing the wounds to one's vulnerability at that time, is making it their own responsibility. This shift increases the likelihood of healing the inner wounds.
Secondly, if there is an event or environment causing wounds, it is essential to view it as an opportunity to strengthen one's inner resilience rather than avoiding or blaming others. Avoiding situations that may lead to wounds results in missing opportunities for inner growth. However, those who adopt a mindset of turning such situations into opportunities for growth gain the strength to overcome inner wounds, ultimately altering their future.
Thirdly, consider helping and serving those who live with similar wounds as an opportunity. People often dwell on their own wounds, harboring resentment and lamenting, unknowingly transmitting negative energy to others. This does not benefit oneself or others. Exposing one's wounds and pain is crucial for recovery, but showing determination through words and actions on how one is overcoming their pain and wounds becomes an opportunity for service and empowerment to others in similar situations.

Practice recycling while considering the environment. When disposing of garbage, please take a moment to think again and separate recyclables from general waste.
