As long as I can live for Christ, I can endure my suffering.
Can you endure being stripped naked, starving, and having nothing at all?
As long as the gospel is preached, it doesn’t matter whether it is done sincerely or out of selfish ambition. I rejoice at the fact that it is preached.
Are we preaching God’s grace?
Paul’s purpose for his life was to live for Christ so he confesses that to die is gain.
Looking at the way Paul lived, I meditate on what my life’s purpose is.
And I ask God if I am on the right path.
Passage: Philippians 1:12-21
12 Now I want you to know, brothers and sisters, that what has happened to me has actually served to advance the gospel.
15 It is true that some preach Christ out of envy and rivalry, but others out of goodwill.
18 But what does it matter? The important thing is that in every way, whether from false motives or true, Christ is preached. And because of this I rejoice. Yes, and I will continue to rejoice

3. What do you need to obey?
4. What are you grateful for today?
