Is ‘a lamp for my feet, a light on my path.’
Just as the bright morning passes and the dark night comes upon us, so it is in our lives.
When there is ‘light’, there will always be moments of ‘darkness’ as well.
Wouldn’t it be nice if there were only ‘light’ in our lives? If we never experienced ‘darkness’?
But if you are currently in a ‘dark’ place in your life, there will surely be ‘light’ coming your way.
If we believe in the Lord’s promise, pray with gratitude, not with resentment or complaints, if we follow God’s Words with joy and stay on the path of His Words, ‘darkness’ will soon go away.
I pray that God’s Words will be a lamp and light for our feet today.
Passage: Psalm 119:105-120
105 Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path.
106 I have taken an oath and confirmed it, that I will follow your righteous laws.
107 I have suffered much; preserve my life, Lord, according to your word.
